The rubber industry has made brilliant achievements in the past 70 years
The year 2019 marks the 70th anniversary of the founding of the People's Republic of China. Over the past 70 years, China's rubber industry has achieved earth-shaking changes by adhering to technological progress and innovative development. It built a complete industrial system during the planned economy period, and achieved technological progress, product renewal and unconventional development after the reform and opening up. It has grown into the largest rubber industry in the world. Especially since the beginning of the new century, China's rubber industry has changed from quantitative change to qualitative change and is marching towards a powerful country in rubber industry. Among them, from the tenth five-year Plan to the eleventh five-year Plan, China's rubber industry grew the fastest in 10 years, while the product structure was adjusted and optimized rapidly. Compared with 2005, the total output value of the rubber industry increased by 178% in 2010, with an average annual growth of 36%, completing the sprint to become a rubber country. During the 12th Five-Year Plan period, the industry development entered an important period of transition from the old mode to the new mode. During the 13th Five-Year Plan period, the pursuit and promotion of high-quality development has become the theme, and intelligent manufacturing featuring digitalization, networking and intelligence has become a new force. Competitive enterprises seize the opportunity to adjust their layout, "go out" to enhance global competitiveness, and green development to protect the environment has become the consensus of the industry. The development of China's rubber industry has always been linked with the fate of the country.
